1:1 Manager Meetings
Connect. Collaborate. Lead Together.
Service Description
Leadership works best when we stay connected. 1:1 Manager Meetings give NBS managers dedicated time with Kelsey and/or Jen to connect, collaborate, and talk through anything related to their role within NBS. Use this time to discuss your team, creator support, current projects, upcoming events or ideas, goals, challenges, questions, responsibilities, or anything else happening behind the scenes. Whether you need guidance on a situation, want another perspective, have an idea you'd like to develop, or simply need time to check in, this space is here for you. These meetings don't have to come with a formal agenda. Bring whatever is currently on your plate, and use the time to make sure you feel supported, heard, equipped, and aligned as we continue building NBS together. For NBS Managers Only • Meet with Kelsey and/or Jen
